A fully furnished dungeon and community space designed for intentional gathering, creative exploration, and connection. Hosting a party? A munch? A kink-friendly photoshoot? A private play gathering?

With 550+ square feet, ample seating, and a stunning, moody atmosphere, The Underhall is your perfect kinky answer.

Renting the Space- Who May Book

The person hosting the rental must be a Vetted Active Member of The Parlour Social Club. Guests do not need to be vetted or Parlour members, but they are expected to uphold O/our standards of:

  • Consent

  • Respect for the space

  • No minors

  • No alcohol, illicit substances, or tobacco use

All additional party rules are at the discretion of your host.
Maximum of 20 people per booking

NOTE Bookings are requests until approved at the discretion of club admins.

House Standards & Dungeon Guidelines

Consent is mandatory.
To keep O/our space clean, legal, and open, please respect the Nos and rules:

  • No marijuana, alcohol, or illicit drug use

  • No fire play

  • No live edge knife play

  • No fluid play (urine, blood, scat, etc.)

  • Wax play only on self-provided tarps/drop cloths

  • Clean all surfaces with provided wipes at the end of rental

  • Vacuum the space before leaving

  • Return all moved furniture to its original position

NOTE Due to liability reasons, tools are not provided for private rentals - please bring your own.

NOTE: The Underhall is only accessible via one flight of stairs.

Availability

Weeknights: 5:30pm – 11:30pm
Weekends: 9:00am – 11:30pm
2-hour minimum / 6-hour maximum
No overnights
Mandatory 2-hour buffer between bookings
Must book at least 48 hours in advance

Cancellation Policy

24+ hours: Full refund
12–24 hours: 50% refund
Under 12 hours: No refund

Cost

$150 for the first 2 hours
$60 per additional hour (up to 6 hours total)
$200 damage deposit (only charged if damage exceeds normal wear and tear)

The renting party is responsible for:

  • Cleaning and wiping all surfaces

  • Vacuuming the space

  • Resetting furniture

  • The conduct of their guests
